I’d just like to through my two cents out here. I’d highly recommend upgrading the mylar blankets and cheap ponchos. When you’re living outdoors the wet and cold isn’t something to fuck with. If you’re poorly protected from rain you can easily get hypothermia even if the temps are in the 60's, I’ve seen it.

There are benefits, but none as ground breaking as battery swapping like you mentioned.
