What he meant to say was “wouldn’t” instead of “would”.  Sort of a double negative.  This should clarify things on the whole.

I’ve driven Miatas. I’ve driven a FD3S. Both are Mazdas. Both are somewhat similar in dimensions.  Both are well balanced at 50/50.  Both had manual transmissions. The Miata is fun to drive but the FD3S with 255hp was more fun.  Lower power is never “more” fun.  They’re less than. 

IPAs are ok but I agree, they’re not all that I want to drink.  I like a good Heffeweizen.  A dark Irish beer.  Or a glass of warm milk.
