I can’t think of an actually decent title. I’m in VA for the week and made a stop at the Denbigh Hobby shop, they mainly have military model kits but last year there was a handful of cars and this year was no different. In fact they might have been the same handful. Of the maybe 8-10 cars, this was the only non…
Darned. I hoped I’d be able to show it in it’s full finished glory. But I still need more appropriate bricks...
Man... Where to start.... I guess I should go in order of the title.
There’s a lot more going on with the redesigned 2019 Chevrolet Silverado pickup than its alien grille and enormous “Z71” emblem. We took a close look at the truck with one of the engineers who put it together at the Detroit Auto Show, and you’re coming along to check it out.
You pay the freight, I’ll ship to your gate.
This is a thank you post to Forgeryfade. He hasn’t been around LaLD lately, but you may remember him from such hits as the Hot Wheels Key, to date LaLD’s most-read post.
This model has an interesting story to it. The guy I purchased it from said it was from a Russian magazine, where in every issue, a car was sent along. But, after the magazine went bankrupt, the cars were sold off and he bought some. I bought more then just this Renault, so expect more of these in the coming weeks.
You sat inside of it???? I would’ve fainted.
You win!! Oh man, what a dream!! I thought about packing some of my 1/43s in, but with my 5 year old and stroller full of support stuff that was impractical from a space and time standpoint. I really love shooting scale cars with their 1:1 counterparts, so I’m stoked for you that the 935's owner was so cool. Share the…

Last week I showed Choro-Q’s Giulia and SimplifyThenAddLightness - I Hope Your Speed Over The Rival immediately jumped on it: He had quite the iterations of Choro-Q’s Lancia Stratos. I have only one, this venomous lime green, but be sure to see quite some of these today!
The Mazda Cosmo Sport has been a regular in the Tomica line-up since almost the beginning. It first appeared in 1971 as the #16. The first Patrol Car version appeared later that same year.
First off, these images came from the Facebook Live streak off of the Lamely Group- major hats off to them for releasing this stuff to everybody. Matchbox has released their listing of new toolings for 2018, and there are some great things, some designed in mind of Matchbox’s 65th Anniversary- and that includes…
Hello everyone! These cute Choro-Q Lancia Stratos (since there are four, can they be called ‘Stratii’?) don’t count as diecast cars, but I just want to share them today on this Spaghetti Sunday. They’re too cute not to be shown off...!
Welcome again to another DLM cars from 1/64 and smaller and sometimes larger. My 82nd post will be another JAF theme.
I feel like we should be doing this monthly anyway. So... I’m going to throw one out there and see if anyone wants to play. The rules are:
Like my last update, I’m working on getting buildings in place on the diorama. The big progress was getting the transfer terminal building painted, assembled and in place.
Had a decent turnout for Alien Probe Custom’s first ever Hotwheels only JDM car show. A couple of sweet Skylines, a pair of Rx7s, a Fugu-Z and a fantastic Celica. The attendees were pleased! Vermont State police took the day off this time. Crowd control was not an issue.
