It’s partially the fact that panic buyers are still buying TP when it’s available even though they have tons of rolls at home.

I am guessing TP will start to restock within the next 2 weeks

My local store is actually still pretty good on meat. They were completely out of vegetable oil, TP, Eggs, and Pancake mix.

Yeah it’s the second wave who are now basically out and are starting to hoard a bit themselves if they can, and hoarders topping off their stash.

People are still hoarding.

The biggest question I have is will hoarders stop hoarding and let people who actually need TP buy, or if Charmin comes back into stock, will they still decide to pick up another pack or 2 because they simply cannot help themselves?

Agreed, I think its mostly visual.

When my work place closed, I fully intended to work from my apartment and due to the lack in ability to golf, spend my days locked in the apartment gym. The hope being when I emerge from quarantine I would be a glowing Adonis.

I mean maybe I am wrong, but isn’t #vanlife a privilege Typically people who are living in vans are doing it because they have no other options, not because its become a viable social media career?

When your country is based solely on the premise of “freedom/ Land of the Free” it’s really easy to how that can backfire in a situation like this for the US

I have always wondered how many HGTV couples actually keep their remodeled houses for 5+ years and how many sell them after a year to cash in on the HGTV remodel

People who are in the direct cross fire of this virus are seeing the ramifications of their votes for who leads this country

I think the small amount of irony in this situation is that older people are directly paying for the poor voting decisions that were made in 2016

I think it’s probably going ok now, but it’s pretty early. Come July and the 4th of july holiday i am not as confident.

I agree, that is probably the response we need to really get people to adhere, however, I believe if the military were to hit the streets in the response might be significantly different.

Yeah I am seeing that in MN as well, however I am not sure how long that will last. It’s still pretty early in the process, and I am curious how civil and compliant people will stay if we move into 4th of july weekend and people still need to shelter in place.

I think the bigger assumption is that if a vaccine came out, people would actually take the time and deal with wait times to go get it.

Even under good leadership, that assumes we’ll have good follow through by the people. If anything, America has consistently proven a distaste for being told by the government or authority what to do with their lives.

It wont.

Millenials have not been “youths” for a while, yet a lot of older folks seem to think “millennials” refers to anyone under 30 when most are late 20s to early 30s
