I’d forgotten he even said it.
You can’t reach that person and you never will. You cannot have a conversation with someone who can’t genuinely rationalize the idea they might be wrong
I think the issue, is there are alot of people in the middle who are willing to have a conversation, but the people who publicly wear their political affiliations on their sleeves are the ones most of us encounter but are the least likely to want to change their minds
I think part of the issue is most people characterize both sides by the loudest supporters which creates preconceived notions of both.
I almost think most of them just relocate to another part of the country. So if you are discharged in the north east, they just relocate to the south west where no one knows who they are especially if the issue doesn’t make major national news
I get what you’re saying. But. Just like the statue debate. It’s more complicated than knee jerk reactions make it appear to be. Protesting statue removal isn’t about defending racism. But it’s more nuanced. taking statues down actually threatens people’s realities and feels like being killed. So of course people are…
? What does that have to do with understanding them? I get their fear. Despite the fact that the fear is irrational.
I am in the grays here so you won’t either see it or acknowledge it but she was not in the U.S. Sovereign country and all, right? It does not matter what we think here and the comparisons don’t matter. She broke Cayman law and that is the punishment.

Light would be blazing red and cross traffic going and some bicyclist would just go full tilt through an intersection and assume that the cross traffic would avoid…
Did you read the article, especially the quote I snipped?
Pedestrian injuries did fall 80 percent — from 16 to 3 — during the police crackdown, which ended on July 26, but bike injuries didn’t budge, Hofmann said. The operation focused on dangerous driver behaviors, such as speeding and failure to yield.
I think I’m in the minority, but I hate those 4 headlight mercedes. Ruined the CLK GTR for me.
I think the new one is a major improvement
Why are they still gonna execute her?
I think you want the fall to be gentle because a fast fall draws the viewer’s eye to then negative space, leaving them looking at something not indicative of a turn until the next rise. It's wasted attention grabbing.
Plow guy’s just doing his job and can’t know if the car is newly off the road with a person inside, or abandoned there hours before. It was midnight in heavy snow; he might not have even seen the vehicle.
Ford sells over a million trucks per year. It is blatantly obvious that they’re building trucks people want to buy. What you want will never happen for the price you demand with today’s safety regulations. Ever.
If it is Harris, then he’s just handed Trump another term. Harris is not as popular as this site makes her out to be. Especially in the current climate. Biden needs someone not tainted by a prosecutorial past.
