I think in her situation it should be handled differently though. I understand why she would be brought up but I think genetically being a woman with a higher testosterone level is a different a bit different than a genetic male transitioning to female.

yeah I think they are great for low droning noises however higher pitched noise like a screaming baby seem to come through fairly clear
