I think the anger comes from the fact that the man will likely always be in her life due to kids. Its one thing not to be able to move on with no attachments, but when kids are involved you are essentially linked to that person for life. 

I mean she may be too old, but that is the father of her kid. A man that is forever going to be in her life one way or another due to the child. I think there is definitely some cause to be extremely mad that a family friend did that....

Decent earbuds. I was using some cheap 15 dollar head ear buds and splurged for some 78 dollar wireless ones and the difference was night and day

I dont think he would be able to get away with it like she might be able to. It would be a horrible look for him to publicly escalate a fight or even look aggressive( if he ever does). Society wise it would be career suicide for him to do so. 

Fired? I would love to see fired with a “ non rehire-able” being splashed across their records. The fact that people still think they can get away with this is pretty appalling.

Commercials around weight and fitness with any cause for the tiniest amount of outrage will always strike a nerve. The modern day person loves to be upset and angry about something. It allows people to direct their anger about personal issues into something other people are mad about too so they dont feel alone 

The ad may be terrible, but the fact that it’s getting so much attention is really good for the company. Their products are getting exposure to people who would never have looked at it otherwise not to mention they seem to be selling ok as well.

The wealthy 30 something career woman returning to her small town, for Christmas only end up getting down with a local is the foundation of the modern Christmas movie and I honestly cannot see that changing.

I understand where you are coming from but how much sympathy can you really expect on this? The hours and time you mention really isnt much when you consider how much time the avg job searcher has put in just to get to that point.
