Well when the UAW is also pushing for “fair wages” while at the same time telling GM not to move jobs to other countries, it just seems like a never ending circle.

One method I have heard of people doing and I have enacted myself is when you are dealing with a ton of people walking into your office all the time to ask you about simple questions, set the boundary that in order to come in and talk to me about a problem they need bring 2 potential solutions.

Exactly, when my GF and I moved in together, she was shocked that our new place required renters insurance as she has never had it. I couldn’t imagine not having it, especially with how many idiots don’t know how to cook. At my old place, we had fire alarms go off 4-6 times A MONTH!!!

Will renters insurance cover car/ house windows that are broken by an errant golf tee shot as the person who hit the ball?

The best way I have found to break a habit is to break it when you make a life change: moving, changing jobs, new relationships Etc. When you make one change, it’s much easier to make other changes as well since you are already being forced to change your patterns.

I think its due to how America does gymnastics vs other Countries. It seemed like some countries want its female athletes to maintain a certain “ feminine aesthetic” while the USA wants women to train to be elite regardless of aesthetics, as they should.

Its the most common marketing gig going on right now “ marketing funnels”. They bring in X amount of people to the free seminar knowing that 20% pay into the first funnel then if they do that maybe another 15% pull into the next funnel and so on. With each level, the magnitude of spend gets higher and it becomes more

When I feel stalled out, or that I have platoed, I try something different. Instead of doing the same lifts I normally do I try to find different ways to work the same group of muscles. Sometimes that little change is enough to keep the progress chain going.

Subarus fit in because they have become the car of the undercover millionaire. The couple who lives in the simple house drives simple reliable cars and continues to put away money.

Also, their pricing on a TRD pro seems pretty good to me. For the price, you are getting quite a bit of truck

3/4 series sales are also hurting because people who would lease a 328I or comparable 4 series are picking up a model 3 instead. I used to see 3 series lease every day in my area, now I just see model 3's

In Texas? Probably the death penalty

It just reinforces the narrative that white women are redeemable criminals

No one wants to admit that an influencer is just the modern-day snake oil salesman. Selling you cheap clothes, supplements, and other trinkets under them impression they’ll make you look cool

It’s crazy how once someone becomes big, every little thing they do is now “carefully crafted”, “original”, “unique”. The only thing that separates an influencer for any other teenager is followers because I can promise you taking a picture in a “boho chic” inspired outfit in a tropical location is not carefully

Influencers are just cheap billboards with a more targeted audience. Throw a few thousand for a few posts to a targeted market is extremely cheap for a large company than spending millions on a TV ad campaign that maybe 25% of the audience may reflect their intended target

You may also consider reporting the issue to the school league if the actual school doesn’t do anything. However, as another poster said: Make sure you get plenty of evidence including video, audio, or other documentation. Also, it’s good to get evidence and complaints from other parents as well. A group complaint

If its someone I have to listen to:
