I appreciate your analysis. I really enjoyed the scene, but there was a lot that I knew was going over my head. This was informative and very well done sir/madam!

I’m glad they’re bringing Icon, Rocket and others back. Admittedly, I would prefer to see Icon interact with the Justice League (I liked that he and Rocket were part of the Young Justice animated series), but this is a good start. And Love Army seems rather interesting; I look forward to finding out more.

I used to read comics a lot but now I just periodically check them out. How did Martian Manhunter go from being one of DC’s more visible heroes (Justice League, JLA, JLE, own series) to... I don’t even know where he is now? Is DC really kicking him to the curb? If so, why? Will he ever return to JLA?

I was going to make the same comment. Even if this is the origin story that the movie goes with, I would hope they would leave Ares as Zeus’s son. The rest of the origin story wouldn’t be any different, and they could at least get some of the Greek mythology correct.

I would pay good money for such a thing. Double, if we add Gugu Mbatha-Raw!

So Jessica’s (still mysterious) actions have not only led to Luke not knowing where Danielle is, but also to Luke (and Jessica, for that matter) missing such a milestone moment as Danielle’s first steps? There really needs to be a strong payoff to this mystery to not have the reader ultimately dislike Jessica Jones
