Geez, this is like banjo kazooie!

@Shadow: Exactly - length of game also matters. I played Dead Space 1 twice because I wanted to get the plasma cutter gun only achievement. That's not because I liked it more than UC1 or UC2 (I liked those better - but I liked all of them) - but had to do with the challenge of it and the length of game.

@kukutoto: So if i breach someone's ToS the law can come after me? Huh I guess I'll make a ToS that says any neighbor of mine making too much noise forfeits their house to me, and by living next to me you agree to these said ToS. Easy right?

@Lonesnipa: Gold farming is illegal? Tell me what law it breaks. Breach of EULA sure, but show me what I can be charged with. And how Paypal has ANY jurisdiction regarding that.

I guess I don't understand how Blizzard should be able to do anything about it with regards with Paypal. Two different companies in tandem when one has nothing to do with the breach of EULA here. Did I miss Paypal adding a statement in their EULA about not being a gold farmer in WC?

Too much arm flailing

5 maps meaning....4 multiplayer and 1 zombie? Somehow I doubt it's 5 new multiplayer and 1 or more zombie.

@ninjalo311: The only other thought would be that the observer is actually a father himself (possibly peter???). Speculation here, but I've been wondering for a while why peter is so special. What if he's the result of an observer (first people) and a human cross breeding? That would explain why the observer was

@PlaidNinja: That's what I got too. I guess it's possible that he meant Peter's a father too, but that doesn't necessarily fit in line with the timing of the comment. Why tell peter it's hard to be a father and then shoot him when peter doesn't know he's going to be a father (so has NO idea on the difficulties)

I really don't think his argument is valid. For the short term - absolutely. Our brain is so much more complex and we don't know nearly enough for this to happen. But what about in 1000 years? 5000? 10,000? There's just no way we can predict the level of technology and understanding we'll have at that point.

@Sidiyan: Again, I am more than entitled to my opinion. Because I don't feel the need to take the time to do a bulleted point list on an online forum does not automatically make me a troll, nor does me being negative about this. Kotaku is negative on things all the time (while asking somewhat sarcastic negative

Looks like a more mainstream version of the Natural Selection mod for HL

@Sidiyan: First of all, I'm not trolling, I seriously legitimately think people don't care about price anymore - it's brand name (apple for example - yes good to great products - but price seems too high to me - but that's not on topic). A portable gaming system that costs the same (currently more) than the console

@Xcite79: So the fact that it's a $250 handheld system is a "good" thing because it's more expensive elsewhere? Or that it would still sell at $300? Is that what things have come to, we bow and scrape and buy buy buy anything regardless of price if it's innovative?

Ew. No thanks Nintendo. I'm not paying the same as I did for the Wii when it came out.

Why would I want to be walking around with my $250+ handheld console? Will Nintendo replace it if it breaks?

The main point for me to decide if I'm going to buy this is a) price and game selection and b) does it work on me?! I have an eye condition (called strabismus) and probably need to see the thing in action in person first to determine if it'd just be a more expensive faster battery eating DS
