And not just by comparison.

It has yet to be scientifically proven that he's actually human.

I will particularly miss his raspy voice that was so endearing and sexy to me during Green Room. Just an all around handsome and charming guy and always memorable in whatever role he took on and that can't be said about all that many actors in his age class. What a loss.

This is just fucked up. I've seen him in Green Room a few months ago and he was brilliant and I expected to see him in many more great movies to come, other than those he already starred in. Now I will never get to see him in another movie again and there's no rhyme or reason to it. He was as old as I am, so young, a

I know first hand that you shouldn't expect very much from the authorities in Turkey, especially not when islamist extremists are involved (their prime minister is one himself).

That's a charming job for a change, internet.

In mildly more interesting news: Starwipe is done, eh?

Pretty sure he's a swell dude. Isn't that enough to interview someone?

Clowns are definitely scary when they show up in places where they shouldn't (so everywhere outside a circus ring).

I thought this was a perfectly fine, gleefully grim horror movie that felt more like an extended Twilight Zone episode than your average run off the mill studio horror. It's rather smart and goes to unexpected places and it's definitely preferable over Blumhouse ghost movie 73.

Maybe. I just can't comprehend why perfectly fine looking people chose to disfigure themselves like this and even pay large amounts of money. It's awful.

A good mixtape is about flow and great transitions from one mood to the next and carefully chosen climaxes and a strong overall vision. You can tell stories with mixtapes. You can't just put together some songs you like in random order and call it a day.

Guardians is actually the only movie I've seen of the bunch that I really enjoyed and remember fondly. It's a quirky space opera as opposed to the usual run off the mill superhero stuff.

Tori Spelling's disfigured botox face makes her look like a vampire (like the ones from Buffy), so it's anyone's guess why she gets to play the stuffy non vampire character.

I was thinking about checking that one out. Is it good?

I think even the Emma stuff is fine, as she actually does things instead of just whining. Also signifcantly less soapy teenage drama, but more well-crafted suspense scenes and they burn through plot about twice as fast as before. But yeah, Audrey's storyline is definitely the meatiest right now.

This article inspired me to rush through the first episodes of season 2 of the TV show. Am I crazy or is this actually kinda solid and a big improvement over the first season? I mean, there's actually stuff happening for a change and direction and production values are a lot more atmospheric than before.

What's frequently overlooked about Scream 1 is that it did not use it's self-awareness to distract from the horror but to amplify it. These were witty cynical teenagers who knew their tropes and were desensitized to violence. In other words, they were a lot closer in mindset to the audience than the clueless cannon

Not once in the history of mankind has anybody ranked 3 and 4 above 2 and rightfully so. Either way, this is the rare horror franchise where every installment is at least good.

No love for Blackwater? I'd rank all these episodes among the show's definitive highlights, but Blackwater was the only episode where it wasn't clear from the get go which side would win.
