Thank you! I get that by World is not Enough or that sillier one right after, but I did enjoy the gadgets and secret rooms of The Kingsman. It felt like a modern Bond film to me (while picking at the tropes of said franchise).

I absolutely love Leguizamo’s reaction to the stolen car, but also the scene where John comes up behind the doorman and lets him off for the night.

Two scenes that tell us a lot about John Wick without exposition, so good.

People raved about it, but I didn’t like (or buy) the premise up front, so I think the rest didn’t do it for me.

The original is about as pure an action film as it gets.
