It’s absolutely horrible what Weinstein did, and he should go to prison, all kinds of repurcussions for the Weinstein board who apparently knew.

But I’m still going to enjoy the heck out of Good Will Hunting, or any other Miramax movies. Unless I read a story how something happened on one of the sets I guess.

I think it’s easier to be outraged these days.

I’ve had bosses like that from summer jobs in high school all the way up to working in film.

It can be against the law to give away food.
I tried all the time when working in restaurants, couldn’t do it.

I would say taking a knee in silent protest, to the point that you are no longer unemployed, is ‘putting your money where your mouth is’.

Pretty sure the rights to the films would be sold to whoever buys the company.

I work in VFX and animation, and I’ll never forget working on my first animated feature (generally considered for kids), so much of what was going on made me blush.

Actually, I’ve worked on a couple of animated films, and both were full of every cliche you could think of. Casting couches, dancers/escorts, and…

And yet so many people are screaming to ‘stand with our president’ or ‘give him a chance’.

I keep going to the delete account links on Facebook and Twitter, haven’t hit that point yet.

Well, the news outlets were giving a countdown on how many days it had been with no word from HRC or the Obamas, so..I think it’s a little of column A & B on this one.
