I’m not sure if this is some attempt at a burn, or you are in agreement as you haven’t paid much attention to the issue either?
Not sure why you would give anyone grief for trying to get information, but I guess that’s where we are these days.

Can anyone explain the reasoning behind Sanctuary cities or states?
I could see protecting undocumented immigrants, but why protect those that committed crimes?
I’ve honestly not paid much to the issue, but a racist relative goes batshit crazy over this and automatically tune her out on mere principle now.
I can say that…
Um..no offense but it is not ‘popular’.
Yea, why would you bring their names up in this?
He’s Harvey frickin’ Weinstein, he’s been a Hollywood power player for years. He donates a lot of money, and knows a lot of people. None of that has to do with what he did.
I was going to watch it based on Shane Black writing it alone, but I thought the trailers were fun. I was working out of the country at the time though, so not sure about the marketing back home.
I recall it doing very badly at the box office, (and I went and looked it up) it probably won’t be getting a sequel with…
Oh, I didn’t mean to make a sequel without Crowe, he’s one of my all-time faves. I just meant to make a movie in a similar vein.
The Nice Guys didn’t make enough for any kind of sequel, but yea, add in Ford to the mix would be fun.
Agreed on all fronts! Though I am very excited about what Black does with Predator too.
Nice!
I work in film and don’t think I’ve met anyone who’s even watched it yet. Though a bunch wouldn’t know the name Shane Black, so...
I am really loving the duo of Ford & Gosling, I’d love to see some kind of comedy with them both.
I should say up front that I’m maybe one of the few that loved (or liked a lot) The Nice Guys, so swapping out Crowe with Ford could be fun.
Seriously!
I watched an episode on Netlfix from that season the new showrunner took over (new showrunner is VERY conservative), and there were something like four Obama jokes in ten minutes.
They weren’t funny or clever, it was more about just jamming things down your throat.
eta: How the heck am I still grey? :)
I’m so confused how this is any kind of charming.
I didn’t love season one, though I love Bell and Danson quite a bit. I was sort of watching it as a pleasant distraction, and then that ending..
I love JJ, but they’re valid complaints.
Reboot Fantastic Four as an animated feature.
More family friendly for Marvel’s First Family, and Mr. Fantastic’s powers would look better in animation.
Thanks! I’ll check it out.
My Dad was interviewed for that documentary, I have to watch it! (out of the country atm).
Also agree with your Mueller comments, he gives me some hope.
I watch a wide variety of programs, but a lot of times I just want some fun escapism or silly comedy.
Plymouth, Mass. native here, and I always thought it was Maine that was considered that way more than NH.
Sorry, are you saying that the next day someone can say they wish they hadn’t done that, so it’s assault?
I totally understand that consent can be taken away at any time, but the next day seems a bit late?
ETA: Also totally don’t think anyone owes anyone anything for ‘putting in effort’. The guy sounds like a complete…
Similar to how I feel about the Trayvon Martin case (when 911 said not to get out of his car), she went BACK and followed him.
That is not self defense.
