The only thing Apple did wrong was not disclosing it. The update just throttled the CPU to lower the amp draw on aging batteries to stop the unexpected shutdowns. There was a good reason for it, but they *really* should have communicated it better.

I would have thought that one of the defining properties of a croissant is that it is crescent shaped.  The ones in that video.... aren’t.

I’m always blown away by the size of these ships anchored in the SF Bay. On the left side of this picture is an absolutely enormous ship, almost as big as Alcatraz island on the right side.
