These requirements are extremely difficult and conflicting, but I’m thinking a Wrangler Unlimited would fit the bill. You’ll soon fall into the cult of Jeep, and will not love anything else (except maybe your kids). For the construction stuff, I’d leave a few shillings leftover to get a very basic trailer.
