Did they have the TruCoat?
Imagine hiding two cars through a divorce and finally deciding the best course of action is to turn them into cash. You sell them for a decent amount then before you know it the guy who bought them turns around and re-sells them along with a story that goes viral. Ex finds out and comes after her half of the value of…
I don’t get the big deal. The cars are the cars, go inspect them and bid what they are worth. Calling it a barn find really has no bearing on the value.
Slight design compromise to make it incredibly practical. It’s pretty great what they’ve done IMO. Personally, I prefer a good sport wagon so the fact that the Stinger gets most of the way there in terms of practicality makes it a pretty good deal for me.
That being said, if it looked like this I’d already own one.
This isn’t exactly a ringing endorsement. They are prone to self-destruct over and over…but after a while you get really good at fixing them. lol
I just picked one up 2 weeks ago to replace my 3 Series. It took a trip to 4 different Kia dealers, but I eventually found the color combo I wanted in a GT1 - at a 7k discount and 0% financing. Yes please.

But does that take out the sting of having to deal with a Kia dealer?

Why not throw $1,350 down a sewer drain and hit yourself in the forehead with a mallet for 3 hours every day for a year? The result would be the same.
You must be new here.
Came here to say this. Factory 350 in 79 would be lucky to crack 200.
Do you have her number? Asking for a friend.
“Auto Journalist”? These kids are not journalists. I consider Jalopnik to be infotainment at best.
FYI, I lick all the surfaces of the interior of my cars before trading them in.
None of that is true, though. The reason young people prefer experiences to possession is that experiences are cheap and possessions are expensive. Eating at a nice restaurant might cost you $50. Owning a home with a nice kitchen costs a lot more. Here’s my prediction: As younger millennials get more disposable…
Considering wages have been flat for about 30 years, EVERY thing out strips wage growth.
