Did you even read the article?

“and after I sign on the dotted line”
Nope.

He’s 40 years old. I know it’s taboo and “doubting Brady” to posit that he is mortal and subject to the passage of time, but he’s going to have weeks where his arm just looks washed. Maybe a lot of weeks, maybe only a few. But they will happen.

Is THAT what he said? I couldn’t make it out, it sounded like gibberish to me (because, well, why WOULD he say ‘cliffhanger’? The rest of the show - particularly the Terror - hasn’t been that meta).

I laughed SO hard at him exclaiming: Cliffhanger!

Hot take: Ben Wyatt is far superior to Jim Halpert.

I would add that late-series Adam Scott is pretty much an example of why you don’t have the leading love interest be an impeccable, flawless person because those last three years are boring as hell

*cough* Arrested Development *cough*

IT’S A ME. MARIO.

Imagine that in response to what they considered to be faults in the flat-Earth hypothesis, a bunch of perverted fanatics came up with a cubic-Earth theory. Imagine that the last time a bunch of cubic-Earthers got into power they established camps with gas chambers where flat-Earthers were butchered by the millions.

Man, I was going to say something like “Watch it end up being a guilty verdict, but he only sentences him to 18 months or something,” but apparently, Missouri’s mandatory minimum for first degree is Life Without Parole or Death.

Don’t forget that White America also used propaganda and fabricated incidents to cause a revolution in the first place while now using the very same tactics to try and stop Black movements.

White Americans revolted over unfair taxation and killed over 75,000 to achieve their freedom.

So this psycho:

I think the Pacquiao fight led everyone to believe that Mayweather was like, a secret fraud who somehow conned his way into an undefeated record.

Nailed it at the end. Nowhere else would a book take this kind of action on such a mismatch. Let’s be real the true odds of McGregor winning where 1 in 10 or 100 thousand which would translate into a money line of something like -1,000,000 even if you want to say, McGregor, was 1 in a 1000 that is still a money line

I like that. I’m not a big MMA fan, but when people call it Bar fighting I tell them to watch a low level one versus someone like McGregor or Diaz. Then you truly see the skill that goes into it.

For me, betting on Floyd straight up was the most certain bet I’ve seen in our lifetime. When I let the MGM hold onto my $10k for a couple of hours, they gave me $2k back for my troubles.

I had a professor in college once tell us that in order to understand good writing, you had to read some really shitty novels.

Thank you for pointing out that McGregor only looked decent in the first few rounds because Mayweather let him. It was an entertaining fight but almost on the level of professional wrestling.
