These cookies are great from either Bella Napoli or Cookie Factory. Never tried the ones from Lake George. My favorites though were peanut butter cookies with the fudge top, and I could swear they were Cookie Factory, but they aren’t listed on the website. Unless there’s another competitor selling them in the Price

“... it’s a COUNTY government. Which I do not want in charge of deciding what is a vessel and what is not, without regard as to what the US Government thinks.”

I know I’m late to this but the Italian director, Sergio Leone, made all of his westerns in Spain. Because Spain has semi-arid regions that closely resemble the southwestern US.

How the hell was that in poor taste? It’s not like she hasn’t been on a dozen shows talking about her hair loss, and how she decided to just shave it all off. And all Rock said was that she was rocking the look, and he couldn’t wait to see her in GI Jane 2. As he pointed out when he was surprised to see Jada’s

Moonshot” also describes any challenging project or undertaking.

They’re more like weird potato-shaped things.”

This! This is why I thought it was them from the start. When they were talking with Jesse and Amber, they even complained about how Eli was selfish like all the other boomers in not dying or otherwise bowing out of the way for the younger generations. Lisson’s father was the same way, which had me thinking at the time

“...people like Cassie are damaged because their alcoholic, drug-addicted fathers destroy their entire sense of self, which leads them to choose similarly abusive partners.”

For the question of how Grogu survived Order 66, it’s important to remember that he wasn’t - and still isn’t - a Jedi. He was a baby at that time - even more so than he is now. Probably not even a Padawan yet. Those storm troopers probably had no clue of his importance. They were just killing Jedi like the chips in

They do own a considerable amount of track. For instance they own most of the Northeast Corridor, except for a stretch from New Rochelle to New Haven and another from Providence to Boston which had previously been sold to local commuter railroads. But they also have to share the track they do own with other commuter

I agree. The ultimate statement of wealth to cruise over Manhattan (or any other major world city) in a ship that blots out the sun as it passes.

It’s just like being on a boat for the same length of time, and seeing nothing but water around you. But the cruise industry seems to have figured out how to make it a continuous party, so their guests don’t seem to mind.

Actually they were built for both. Amtrack inherited the Penn Central lines that were only used for passenger trains. Conrail (and it’s successors) inherited both the freight-only lines and the lines shared by freight and passenger trains. They had to continue allowing passenger traffic on those shared lines, but they

Agreed. Though I don’t think he was knocking it. Just saying he keeps meaning to get around to it but never does.

Not a partner, but is a story about a co-worker acceptable?

Teeth? Oh, you mean the outside bones!

Teeth? Oh, you mean the outside bones!

Oh, I think they are definitely going for that. Between the way that haircut frames his face, and the wrinkles they added, they are trying to make him look somewhat...off. Also the way they distort the faces somewhen when the people transition to the severance floor. Or room, or whatever.

I agree completely. Though Star Wars “borrowed” a whole lot more from the Valerian books than any of the other sources you listed. I had never read the books myself, but looked into them around the time the Valerian movie came out, and it’s amazing what Lucas got away with ripping off from them.

You can’t think of a word to describe it? Well I can!...

It’s not really all that ambiguous. Asshole anti-vaxxers out there are trying to claim that just about every famous death has something to do with vaccines or boosters. Some of these people jumped on White’s death and made the claim - without any proof - that she died three days after having a COVID booster.
