True, but for those of us that can’t have any alcohol, that’s not a viable option. Alcohol-free solutions are required for us, so this no worky. :(

Sous Vide is taking something and placing it into airtight bags and then dunking it in water for several hours, correct?
Unfortunately not. However, you can simply throw them in a grill pan for 5-7 minutes/side on medium-high heat, and *BOOM* time to eat.
