Your phone is far more secure than your wallet if both were stolen. Getting your info out of your wallet is trivial, not so much out of a phone that is properly secured.
Read The Chickenshit Club, it lays it out very well.
I see these claims by cryptobros all the time but you just never see any examples or evidence.
Yes, but the overall point of public safety is that you don’t make it easier to be distracted when driving a car. You make it harder. Having this game accessible when the car is mobile is simply irresponsible from Tesla.
The problem with digital copies is that they are trivial to... you know, copy. That mine is unauthorized and yours is authorized is semantics at the end of the day. You and I both have a copy of the work. This is why physical prints are superior for the artist. Far harder to copy and far harder to disseminate copies.
True, but you actually have the one and only Banksy when you buy the art piece. An NFT does not guarantee ownership of the art piece, nor does it guarantee uniqueness. All digital assets are trivial to copy.
I read that as being for current employees whose careers have been damaged.
“Using that as an excuse for driver monitoring systems is no different than arguing that employers should be monitoring their employees.”
“If the driver see fit, they can achieve the same goal using their own phones anyway in a more comfortable sitting position while on autopilot.”
So it’s a solution in search of a problem?
Yeah but I can at least play the game. With an NFT I have.. literally nothing.
“Old enough to vote”
This is a very obvious, Tomato-esque troll.
I had a 2002 Outback. When I picked up my date she asked “is this your mom’s car?”
People do realize that this group couldn’t give less of a fuck about ethics or integrity and is just another lame gotcha attempt because Coke spoke out against right wing policy? Coke’s employees weren’t a part of Kotick’s toxic culture. If this group actually cared they would calling on the board of ActiBlizz to do…
Earlier than that. It was coined by petulant asshole Milton Friedman in a NYT op-ed in 1970. And of course the boomers just ran with it and fucked everything up as usual.
I’m not being pedantic. What I’m saying is that a corporations reason for being isn’t solely to enrich their shareholders. Only in the last 40 years or so has the maximizing shareholder return ethos been so prominent, and it is slowly going away.
Hopefully he found a new hobby since vidja games clearly aren’t good for his mental or financial health.
