I just picked up the 65" LG E6 model. I’ve looked at a ton of displays, and this one is no question the best picture I’ve ever experienced. Been a while since I’ve seen a Kuro but I would say the time has come.

I remember there being issues back when they first introduced them for the 5, but I’ve not run into that since; guess I’m lucky. Agreed on Anker though, everything I have from them is top notch.

I know some people who’ve bought tons of those knockoff lightning cables and chargers only to find they won’t work on their iDevices at all. I’ll stick with Monoprice, thanks...

I would love to agree with you, but even though I’m careful and deliberate in maintaining my macs, many of my macOS clients are not and they run into all of the above issues on a regular basis.

The “we don’t get paid unless you win” type of guys usually take 20% off the top

Let’s be clear: it’s a gamble, but not a significant one. Over the past 4 years, Netflix has built a solid track record of original content that has garnered critical acclaim, spurred widespread media coverage, and had significant social media impact. The fact is, no one can subscribe to any service and know for

It would be easy to assume that their target market is the uneducated/ undereducated working class. But I know several educated folks that overreached with RAC. This, folks, is the legacy of an educational system that in general fails to even approach the subject of Financial planning.

Cormac McCarthy’s The Road:

After 8 episodes of brutality and death, pretty much the entire cast becomes audience surrogates (who?? Why?? How??) in what has to be the most emotionally wrenching episodes of anything aired, ever. Can’t watch that, or We Stand Alone Together, around anyone else.

Is it Rocking Apple? It seems like a very minor, difference-of-opinion workplace gaffe that the Offendee was unable to resolve in her own head, and the only story is that, like Antoine, she took the dialogue to an completely unnecessary level of offense. I say unnecessary, because the chat transcript is actually a

And a small gift for Syd Mead for his massive contribution to that aesthetic. Outside of anime his work has been a touchstone for Japanese industrial, urban, and architectural design, and I believe that big Japanese companies have been his most consistent customers over the years.

Gotta say, I worked for 15 years at the HQ of a major F500 CPM, and this lady (based on picture #1) dresses better than 90% of my co-workers did, and they had a FULLY DETAILED G**DAMNED DRESS CODE FOR “BUSINESS CASUAL.” Despite that, there were truckloads of questionable jeans, “cultural head wraps” (most of which

I’ve been a big fan of his talent for a while now. He was note-perfect opposite RDJ in Charlie Bartlett. Safe travels, Anton.

My ex-MIL almost severed two of her fingers with this exact model last month. I know this because she insisted that I remove all traces of it from her house. Silver lining for me!

You’re the one doing the name calling, so the rant is all yours. However, I don’t have to read the whole discussion to know that you’re giving bad advice, and multiple times at that.

Why do I (or anyone else, for that matter) need to read another comment? So I can see you giving even more awesome tax advice?

Who’s getting incensed? Your tax “advice” was an unqualified declaration, and i wanted to be sure you and others knew it applies to very narrow circumstances.

All rentals are the same when it comes to taxes. You cannot deduct rent as property tax from your federal taxes in any circumstance. What he’s talking about applies at the state tax level where states allow it.

And you can take a percentage of your rent off your taxes for property tax. You might not pay it directly, but it’s still included in your monthly rent because the complex pays property tax and divides it between the renters. Most people tend to miss that. Sometimes, it’s not much but sometimes, it is.
