I’m in the market for a C43, and although there are five wheel choices on Mercedes’ configurator, only one is 18". All of the others are 19". In searching the interwebs for cars, the vast majority are running 19".

This. I went through 5 tires on my M3 in 2 years. Thankfully I had insurance for them and the dealership just kept swapping them out but the slightest ripple in the road would cause those awful run-flats to bubble.
