The judges are atrocious tho

With a little fine tuning, the “twists” introduced this season could provide a lot of fun in the future.

What’s really sad about the entire incident is the fact that Alexis has said that she received a lot of hate (and death threats) after Indiagate was televised. Whatever her motives might have been for stirring up some shit, you’ve got to think that India must have known that she was setting up her friend for months

I thought Alexis’ second look was fantastic! It only looked messy after Carson brought up that bullshit about the “proportions” of her mermaid look, but come on. It really was miles ahead of any of the other second looks in terms of creativity and presentation; Cracker’s was great, but it was very demure for a Charles

If we’re lucky, this will have the same trajectory as Canada’s Next Top Model, as Season 2 of that was amazing. This might be too once Brooke Lynn loses the fembot persona and loosens up. As for now, it’s Lemon, Jimbo, and Rita Baga all the way. These three are all fantastic (and Rita Baga should have been in the top

Rolaskatox should have been the assassin! It could have been like a coordinated seizure on the stage!

I haven’t seen a show this referential to CanCon since SCTV, and that’s been fun to see. It’s like drag-within-drag, with special coded language that only a Canadian audience would really get. I can’t wait for Drag Hinterland Who’s Ho!

Er, Airline.

Cracker did a great job this week, though, and she was funny. I thought she did a crappy job last week, but you have to give credit where credit’s due, and her first runway look and monologue were both fantastic. And, yes, I thought Alexis was better than Blair tonight, but it’s not like Blair’s Roxxxyed her way

I don’t think that anyone needed a reason to love Jujubee any more than we already do, but her chat with Ru was both devastating and hopeful at the same time. She’s so wonderful.

I agree. But the show didn’t need her anymore after the India drama had played out, so it was clever of the panel to insinuiate that she did poorly even when she really didn’t. And it set up Cracker and Shea very well for the finale, as I can’t believe that Blair could beat either one in a lipsync. I’d add Jujubee to

Okay, I watched Untucked (and let me tell you this episode was ten times worse than any of the regular episodes this season), and it’s pretty clear that this one was India’s stunt. India said that “she was going to lay down some shit”, and then carefully framed Alexis’ statement that she was voting for Shea to save

I want to see Rudemption season with nothing but the first-cut queens! Porkchop...Pennytration...Magnolia Crawford...Soju...that person who was eliminated before LaShauwn...whatshername from season 9...it would be equal parts magnifence and a trainwreck beyond all imagination!

Doesn’t that calculation still put this one in the running, then? I kid, I kid. But tink of this: even the cringiest of Gia Gunn fails is usually the result of reach exceeding ability -- but at least the queens try to reach. I thought that Cracker just didn’t try at all here, and that’s why it’s such a poor

I was joking about some of the queens getting rough character outlines for the season in exchange for air time, and I doubt that the producers would intervene that directly, but I wouldn’t be at all surprised if they fed contestants some gossip about the other queens just to stir up some shit and create drama: “Shea,

Well the conceit wouldn’t work at all if these bitches were consistently paired with assassins who’d slaughter them on the stage. You need to throw in an occasional win for the All Stars (along with the deserved losses) to amp up the drama a bit and make the whole thing fun. And I’m not really mad at Ru for choosing

Shea made a great point, though, by insisting that Flava Flav is drag. And why shouldn’t Drag Race celebrate Butch Drag too, especially when it’s the best thing that was presented in a challenge? And it was nice to see Drag Race extend beyond the usual Femme categorizations for a change. Drag is evolving quickly, and D

Well really, any queen should be judged harshly when she puts out a performance that’s both horrible and lazy. India and Blair were pretty bad, too, but you could tell that this challenge was just beyond India’s capabililties and that Blair —at least — tried. But Blair didn’t deserve Michelle’s lies that her

What?! Cracker’s great! (see: zitty prom look). But my continuing love for (some) of her looks shouldn’t excuse a Snatch Game performance that was just busted. That really just was Cracker in an ugly prom dress, with no effort whatsoever at characterization or capturing Gaga’s personality or humour. I would have

Let’s do a quick review of the best looks of the episode:
