Didn’t know I was on trial for internetting without a JD, Matlock. But yeah, if he wasn’t offered the opportunity to plea the counsel wasn’t trying hard enough.

They said “accurate” when they meant “precise.” You sound very stressed. Have you been exercising self-care since the election?

I assumed it was up to the counsel to negotiate that before the plea is entered. And that only shitty, shitty counsel would be unable to get any deal so a protracted trial could be avoided. I thought that’s what everyone wanted, in a situation where someone knows they did something bad that they had no right to do.
