She sounds like she’s making a pretty solid argument for veterans to be denied access to guns.

Of course, I’ve heard the rumors but it always seems like people seriously discount the whole concept of bisexuality when they are floated around.
No. Being proud of her own success - at her career and at not getting pregnant - is not an implied criticism of other women.
Yes, how dare she, as a woman, be multi-dimensional and have multiple thoughts at once. shame.
I came here to say exactly that. It’s so funny reading all the non-UK folks shocked posts and all us UK folks being completely unphased (with a few mean jokes at Manchester’s expense for being all northern and Manchester).
I love that all the Brits are here to comment and that comment is:
If drinking was football, Scotland would be Spain. And Spain would be Scotland.
When I was in high school, a major brawl among the various Hawaiian clans broke out on campus one day, far too large and widespread for school security or the tiny local police force to contain. So the school called the kids’ parents. And the kids’ parents showed up, and promptly joined the fight. Good memories!
But oh, aren’t you DEEPLY AND TERRIBLY OFFENDED? Because all these white people are. Of course, they also didn’t get what the joke was about, but why take the time to think about it, figure it out and then form a nuanced opinion, right?
To me it’s kind of a knee-jerk reaction that doesn't really think the whole thing though. It's a much more complex issue than "NA jokes therefore they must be offensive."
The criticism of this show really bothered me, because their jokes did a great job discussing issues related to race and gender — there were Native American actors on the show as Jane Krasinski’s parents, who were fantastic in comedic roles, and there was great commentary on what it means to be a modern NA family.…
Good Lord, people really took offense with Krakowski’s character arch? It was an absolutely clear jab at racism in our society, not at the Native-Americans themselves. There’s no way to be confused about that!
To be fair-ish, didn’t Chris Rock stop performing at colleges for more or less the same reason? He and a few other minority comedians probably feel the same way Fey does.
An entirely reasonable comparison that any reasonable person would draw.
I would like to deeply apologize for the above comment. When I said “so long Jerkbags”, I didn’t mean to imply that the rest of you are, in fact, Jerkbags. I was suffering from exhaustion at the time and have deep respect for the Jerkbag community.
Fuck that, he was a child predator who used the police resources and pretexts to prey on children.
Okay so I know you were talking about, you know, ‘THE NORMAL’ healthy humans BUTTTTTT...
Right? Like goddamn Madeleine, maybe sit a few plays out.
This is possibly the most humorless thing I’ve read in a while. “#Adulting” is obviously a joke, meant to be taken as such. Most of the time I see it, it’s used by the person saying it to skewer themselves for being childish or lazy, not to garner praise.
