huh, i live near the border and usually fly out of the US for US destinations rather than fly out of Toronto and it be ‘international’. Crossing the border in a car is usually much better than at the airport.

Most open houses I’ve been through/had have the realtor in the home and never the home owners. The realtor wouldn’t know most of the answers to these questions. Better to ask them during a home inspection.

The post is a variation on STAR stories (see my other post). Not everything is quantifiable (near heresy to an accountant like me) but you can easily describe how you did something and explain how it improved something.

STAR stories are the way to go. Start off with the Situation, describe the Task, list the Action and describe the Result.
