This is why I have dual accounts. one for business and the like (firstname.lastname@domain) and a personal one for friends and family. This way I don't have to worry about getting emails from the folks mixed in with emails from clients.

As I said though, both companies and unions can be cited as the cause to some degree. but not always for every situation. But to claim that there has never been a corrupt union at some point is a bit odd, and big companies are already known for it on their end.
