This probably COTY for me
Great article. Would like to see a dirt one too. Explain to the mall crawlers in 18" and up tires why performance trucks run 17" or smaller.
I’ve been scouring the net for this!!! Thanks man. I saw the various 2wd options, but this is exactly what I was looking for.
I really wish Camburg made their long travel kit for 4wd converted e350s. Such a shame. You could build up you y own mini Kamaz.
All credibility has evaporated. Toyota fanboi, ram fanboi, it’s all the same. Deep and single wheel landing would have been the same result in the taco.
Or Toyota Tacoma??
This guy is using all the travels correctly
Sketchy ass belt set up. Gonna snap that spine.
We did just see a Ram land square on both tires a few months back on here have the exact same failure. I am too lazy to look it up.The only LCA bracket mount points I would even remotely trust to take any kind of landing would be on a Raptor, and lots of those guys strengthen them up.
4 car garage. It was my only search criteria. Worked out perfectly.
Exactly. It’s a Stockholm syndrome thing. We just don’t get it.
So you can wait for months when you need body work or other spare parts. That’s why.
With those big feet, I’m gonna say don’t burn your balls if you fall in.
No problem. Jumping trucks is very very fun. If you are ever in Vegas hit up VORE for a morning. Best money you’ll lose in sin City.
In trucks it’s about timing, very different than moto. The wheel rotational weight vs the entire truck is way smaller than a bike. You can’t really get the nose too high in a front engine truck, but if you come off the throttle a second to early the truck lurches forward off the take off and you will come down on…
Lots of that is throttle control on the take off. Some of it is the take off with all the weight behind the rear axle kicks the nose up. Also many of those trucks have serious drivers, vs weekend guys with Baja bugs.
Fantastic recount. Thanks for sharing.
Wasn’t it also they weren’t meeting requirements at temps outside the testing parameters set by the EPA?
Ah very good. Missed that. So you can hoon, but only at residental speeds. I’ve always heard G80s unlocks at 5mph. Was that just a function of the RPMs matching by 5mph?
