@Skir Mernet With Some Vuvuzela Joke In His Nick: Nah, they're just spending between $18 and $19 Billion this year, which is a $2 Billion increase over the previous year. Nearly as much as BP escrowed to pay oil spill damages.

Danger Will Robinson!!! Forgery-enabling software!

@unwritten_law9: I agree. I started playing around with Blogger and WP around the same time and found WP to be overwhelming. I can see that it is probably the better, more flexible product, but there are too many choices for a guy who just wants to peck on his keyboard.

Fail, unless they can pump oxygen into the canopy.

@IndomitableWrath: He doesn't, BP does. Costner needs more than that so that he can sell them to BP and other oil companies.

@Peter Kirn: I've never used either of those, very happy with CrashPlan and an external drive. String enough users together and you can have all the offsite storage you want without paying a dime.

@chrisaroz: Crashplan will do that as well as allow you to back up to a "trusted" third party, like a friend or family member. No extra charge for that, plus you have the option to use their servers too, if you wish. I've been using CrashPlan for a while now and it's great.

@Mickets: I use Startup Delayer too, but I find that some of my programs periodically take control back. Otherwise, I like it, too.

Sorry, distracted by the ad with hot babes in it.

@Mickets: I uninstalled it. I started picking up a bunch of spyware about the time that I installed it and so I pulled it and anything else that I had added around that time. Not saying that Soluto was the cause, just trying to eliminate the possibilities. If I reinstall, I will certainly use your batch file!

@oyumurtaci: I think England is (not are) over-rated.

@Fullbug: It's still in beta and is crowdsourcing that decision. They want people to load the program and then weigh in with how a particular item should be treated in the boot. Not many users yet, so not a lot of info on what to do. Should get better quickly.

I've been using it for 3-4 weeks and it definitely sped my boot up, almost a full minute. At first. For some reason, though, my boot time has been creeping back up.

@theloverly: And yet, you go by theloverly.

@Wabbited: I needs me some World Cup footie!

I fill a pitcher with hot tap water, put the tea bags into it, make a sandwich, etc. and by the time that is done the tea is ready. Put as much ice into a glass as you can fit, pour slowly so that the tea cools a bit before it hits the glass and you're done. Works like a charm!

I hate with a passion taking Myers-Briggs type personality tests. It feels too much like I am opening up myself to complete strangers.

@telepheedian: Yes, I understand that. And yet, they keep seeing that people don't like that and continue to shove things into users' faces.
