SHOCKING!!
It was a “certified turd-floater”, fwiw (in Oklahoma). I would’ve gotten over to the right if there weren’t semis going slower than me in that lane. Thankfully the car on the right shoulder got all the way off the road before stopping, but that’s not really a safe place either when no one can see the stripes on the…
Personal opinion, nothing more, but: if you’re continuing to drive near the speed limit in heavy fog or blinding rain/snow, you’re an idiot.
Will an autonomous system keep moving forward if it has an immediate loss of forward vision, or will it come to a complete stop on the highway?
I’m talking about 1/4 mile of the heaviest rain you can imagine. There’s no pulling off safely - moving out of your lane or stopping would be the most dangerous thing you could do. I had one of these ‘91 manual, black.
Yep.
Yeah, I’ve been thoroughly enjoying all the drama this season, and have sucked my family into caring and watching, too.
Yep - Lando going to inters would’ve basically meant settling for 2nd. He risked it all for the top of the podium, and sadly that didn’t pan out.
Please grow out a mullet, just once, for the lulz.
