Or it could be a Peter Parker wakeup call, knowing she got someone killed or seriously hurt.
S.H.I.E.L.D. has been unwatchable for about three seasons. The current season is actually pretty good and so far a nice “last hurrah” for the series.
I doubt it, otherwise we’d get a separate costume montage for each of them.
And again, maybe the show’s priorities are such that there’s little or nothing left to pay for sets.
On one hand, I agree but on the other the show needs them to essentially lead separate lives, him heroing/mentoring and her doing whatever it is she does (sorry, I don’t remember what her job is at the moment).
That was the line of the night for me as well. Courtney finally got how much of a disappointment she’s been. We can only hope she’ll do some growing up from this point.
Maybe it comes from being an old fart but I didn’t care for the action scenes either. And my wife and I have a running complaint about poorly lit action scenes like these where you can’t figure out what’s happening half the time.
Yeah, the last thing the show needs is more Mike.
The show supposedly uses theater grade FX so I’m not so sure about the budget. Perhaps there’s nothing left over?

Yeah, it seems like their story lines should intersect more. Then, of course, there’s Mike.
The carburetor that was on the car originally? It wasn’t working correctly and it would’ve been too much trouble to rebuild. If you mean the carburetor Pat brought a replacement for, fake dad sold it to pay for the “expense” of having a kid.
Agreed. Maybe they’re teasing us or maybe someone decided a little of him goes a long way?
Do we know for sure Rick can turn his powers on and off? As for Beth, see my suggestion of “Intern Mid-Nite.”
The show supposedly uses theater quality FX so it’s not like they’re hurting for cash.
Maybe we can agree to call her “Intern Mid-Nite.”
Possibly. She may also just be a clueless nerd. The two aren’t that different.
