The comics did some similar handwaving when Supergirl originally met the Legion. She met the children of the Legionnaires he knew. That way they could both belong to the Legion as teenagers and still not meet until she arrived on Earth. They got rid of that idea eventually though.

Yeah, it wouldn’t take all that much to add some gold/brass color to the Guardian costume. The original was blue and yellow. I could live with a mix of silver/gray and gold metalic. Just like Brainiac 5's jumpsuit doesn’t absolutely have to be purple. But it should at least look like someone tried.

There was one other look in the comics that had her in a skimpy hot pink midriff baring costume with thigh high boots. But none of them looked anything like what the costume department created for the show.

That bugged me too. As bad as Mon-El and Saturn Girl’s Legion costumes are, not getting a cat the right color is pretty sad. It’s like they don’t care.

I doubt we’ll see Lightning Lad or Lightning Lass soon and maybe not ever. Next episode they’re supposed to recruit Livewire for the mission to Ft. Rozz. Why bother if someone with similar powers were available?

I suspect Lena will continue to be morally ambiguous to an extent but I’m not expecting the lied=mortal enemies trope.

There were a couple of moments last season when it looked like something could happen between Lena and Winn but really, what shot (pun unintended, sorry) does a tech support geek have with a CEO? Lena and James are at least closer in terms of the corporate hierarchy.

They can’t do a bright green Brainiac 5 because it wouldn’s work well with the use of green screen. But ghawd, yes, Saturn Girl’s and Mon-El’s costumes are just so dull.

Sam only becomes Reign part time. The rest of the time she’s still doing whatever Sam normally does. Plus, Sam doesn’t work for CatCo, she works for L-Corp. Why would Lena discuss L-Corp business with CatCo people?
