And how they’re going to sell Brainiac 5 being a descendant of Brainiac 8 should be interesting.

There are six sleep pods, we’ve seen Mon-El and Saturn girl, and we know Brainiac 5 has been cast so there are only three more Legionnaires at most. And frankly Bouncing Boy and Matter Eater Lad wouldn’t be much good against Reign. Element Lad could probably convert nitrogen in the air into kryptonite gas, which might

Remember that Reign isn’t just Kryptonian, she’s a genetically engineered Kryptonian. That means she’s more than a match for Kara or even Superman, who are probably about average for their species.

CatCo is presumably a recognizable brand. Inbev didn’t change the name of Budweiser after they bought Anheuser-Busch.

Yeah, I thought that was weird too. Kara and Alex both left. Who was hosting the party at that point, Winn?

I don’t think she will. She’ll either team up with the Legion or appeal to the part of Reign that’s still Sam.

Which, again, is odd because Supergirl can’t fly outside the atmosphere according to Alex in Season 1. How can Superman be “off world,” which is what Kelex said?

They were originally called “flight rings” for that reason but the show hasn’t been very good with canon so it may just be an ordinary ring in this instance.

I agree. Alex’s line about being cold and alien pretty much telegraphed how the season is going to progress. Kara started the season denying her humanity and we’re going to spend the next couple of episodes if not the rest of the season watching her reclaim it. Reclaiming humanity will probably play a role in the

Superman only shows up when the writers want him to show up. The rest of the time he might as well be in another universe like Barry Allen.

I do too and I frankly doubt we’ll see Ruby or Sam after this season, whatever happens.

I’ve written about this elsewhere but the Big Bad should have been an evil Barry. That would simply make better sense. We could still get Overgirl or maybe an evil Martian Manhunter on the other side to balance things.

Strictly speaking, she was in the Phantom Zone, not just “floating in space.” And clearly she did land somewhere else since she’s apparently not on our Earth. BTW, what number are we anyway? IIRC, the comics used to call our Earth Earth Prime.

Now that we’ve all seen the whole thing I can add that Red Tornado looked pretty bad too. But still better than the version from season 1.

There’s also the fact that he doesn’t exactly look very Aryan in his natural form. But yeah, I would have liked to see him too.

Yeah, a lot of these clichés got thrown in as fan service. That’s what the whole crossover was, a bunch of fan service loosely bound together with a bad plot.

I’d like to see that too. Let’s not forget Lena Luthor either. She’s a nerd at heart.

No you’re not. I am too. I wanted Shadow Lass too but first Mon-El and Supergirl were never a couple and second Saturn Girl is more central to the Legion.

You can’t judge based on Superman 3. Different continuity. IIRC, Kara said at the end of season 1 that she can’t get drunk and nobody contradicted her, including Alex, who would know. It took stuff that would probably kill humans to do it in season 2. Red K Kara may have simply been bored rather than drunk.

Possible yes, likely maybe not. The simplest Occam’s Razor type explanation is that there is no J’onn on Earth X, at least not now. That means he was never there or he’s gone. That’s my best guess.
