Did you set your phone to allow Unknown Resources - Start Settings Applications, check that Box and you should be good to go - or wait until you're at a WiFi location and do it without the phone Data Service :)

I've been trying to download this app all morning. Gets to maybe 30% then Hangs. Must be popular or Amazon (yeah right) needs more bandwidth.. :D Looking forward to checking it out if it ever completes!
