@paulo1: That's your opinion. I don't discount it, but I'm also entitled to mine. As someone who was told he'd be in a wheelchair by 30. I do whatever I can do to not mess myself up more than I already am. (I'm 40 and still walking more or less).

Add to it Wrap-n-mat (www.wrap-n-mat.com) and you don't need sandwich bags or a plate. I have a few of these and they are fabulous!. Get more than one so you can rotate and wash them.
