So when will we find out that every VW EV actually has a tiny diesel engine powering it?

I know I missed the boat on this one, but a while back I chased down a guy in a black Porsche 993 w/PCA stickers all over it. Thinking he was an enthusiast, when I finally caught him at a light, I rolled the window down and said “nice 993" to which he gave me a disgusted look and said “its actually a 911" before…
Username checks out.
In rural Ohio, They’ve been actively replacing traffic lights with roundabouts. We have 5 or 6 new ones over the last 5 years. Pretty cool!
$50k, 4 doors, and eight cylinders? I think the answer is 2 Miatas.
Question: Whats that depreciation gonna be looking like, my guy?
I have an 06' Lexus IS250 that is about roll past 100k miles and has no signs of dying. I want to run it into the ground but I’ll be tired of it before it gets close to the end of it’s life. If the GT is gonna be in 25k range in like 3 years, I’m down lol.
That dealership experience sounds so much more in line with what it should be. I can’t understand how I’m going to get treated like a king when buying a thousand dollar dinner/gun/vacuum cleaner, but when I go to buy a $40,000 something I get treated like an animal.
It’s more akin to having seen multiple movies by a particular director and having spoken to a few people that have seen the new movie, and making an informed estimate as to what your thoughts would be on it based upon this information.
It’s a “predicted reliability score.” It is a guesstimate based on other products from the manufacturer. It’s as close as one car get under the circumstances. It’s hardly stupid and it is hardly definitive hence the word “predicted.”
I actually do say this, but i only know of 2 other people IRL that would actually understand it.
I read that article separately yesterday. What a bunch of whiny little pricks.
Neutral. I know we aren’t big fans of them all the time, but I think for any electric car to be truly mass market it needs to price similar to a Camry. If the Camry can be America’s number one sedan by sales, then probably trying to price as close you can to Camry would really make a mass market car.
Illegal immigrants pay more money into government programs than they take out. They pay taxes yet are ineligible for most benefits.
You should probably look into what groups in the US receive the most federal/state/local aid. Hint: undocumented immigrants are at the bottom of that list. On average they pay far more in taxes than they receive in assistance.
If we get rid of the illegal immigrants in California, who’s going to pick all our food in the fields?
I don’t expect to leave everything and fly to Sweden one day and start getting free healthcare.
Wait a minute. This just gave me an idea. Is Blood Drive the origin story for Pixar’s Cars? It is, isn’t it?
The average length of car ownership, according to google so grain of salt at the ready, is 6.5 years. So yes. Recommending that you’re going to be able to see yourself driving it for x number of years is good advice.
