For the folks in grey that tried to reply, sorry about that.  Kinja generally only lets us see the first 4 replies when you hit “show pending”.  They broke it that way a couple of years ago, I think.

At least after that, I’ll look and smell like I had some kind of interesting date night.

Eventually, the emotional calluses will render me immune to shrimp shaming, even as I struggle to fit back out the restaurant door.
