The pedals aren’t power adjustable - there’s a little nylon flap in the driver’s footwell you pull and the pedals spring forward.

Most likely not paddle shifters - Jeep has a tendency to put controls on the back of the wheel to change the radio station/ audio source.

This just reminds me of a Training Day scenario where these cops might use anything, even a take out menu. However, as a law student, I am fairly proficient in constitutional law. Without a warrant signed by a judge that authorizes the agents to search your house, you do not need to allow them in.

Law student here; I can’t recall any tort or common law principle which would make someone responsible for the injuries of someone driving into something that is located on your private property. It’s not like the rocks are in the middle of the road and creating a hazard.

Mazda 3 is the way to go for this one. Affordable, great gas mileage, and they’re a ton of fun. I love my 2015.
