Thanks, and I do appreciate the link to his reply there. I agree that it’s understandable to have a different view of embargoes for information vs drives.

He wrote that two hours after I wrote this comment.
Ballaban regarding Koennigsegg: ‘We don’t agree to press embargoes in exchange for earlier access’
Agreed. Looks like a Taycan and a Model 3 had a baby.
A side impact will almost definitely change your position.
There were 17 million new vehicles sold in the US in 2017.
$70kx2=140k, Escalades can cost $100k, so double that is $200K.
That’s only 106mph average. A paltry 3mph better than 3 guys in a beat up Mercedes sedan disguised as a 2004 Accord.
Apparently there are two comments replying to me (which I can’t see as they’re pending approval) accusing me of blindly following Kristen’s viewpoint here.
BuT i WaNt To FiT!!!!!!!!!!!
I think that’s where Vettel’s “running in flip flops” comment comes from.
“There’s no getting around it, the cabin is cramped. From the passenger seat, I just wasn’t getting as much legroom as I would have liked, and bits of the car just seemed to press in from all sides. The door armrest, center armrest, low ceiling and expansive dashboard cocooned me.”
This is such a ridiculous comment that’s it’s not even funny.
Absolutely. He’s been more of a help to the Porsche enthusiast community than most people know.
I guess he couldn’t re-use the pedo insult?
Probably by saying it’s too Eurpopean being mid engine, and then talk about how with it being made of composites instead of steel, it won’t hold up in a crash. Very unsafe. Did you hear they dropped a bowling ball on it to see how safe it was? Ridiculous. I could think of much better ways and if you don’t believe me,…
This would never happen to the product of an established automak.... oh.
Frames had to be manufactured and VIN matched specific to each vehicle they were being replaced on.
If it had bad rust, the frame was replaced under a service campaign.
I don’t think a lot of people realize how much of the truck changed underneath in that 2016 model change. It wasn’t anything you’d see until you start cutting.
