I’m not sure I wanted a rape/revenge movie, but I loved The Babadook and this looks it has a story to tell beyond the violence. I also trust Jennifer Kent after how she handled the aforementioned Babadook story. In lesser hands, I would be skeptical, but I am equal measures eager yet dreading seeing this.

She essentially nuked Kings Landing to send a warning to the rest of the world. I can see that as a believable development in her character. They just rushed it.
