The Silent Hill franchise (video games, not the movies). Silent Hill and arguably Silent Hill 2. Silent Hill 1 I knew was a survival horror game. The occult-rich story and all the supernatural stuff I knew nothing about. Silent Hill 2 I will put in there because there were things in that game (both game play and

From the culture that gave you Urotsukidoji and tentacle porn...

Honestly? No. No, I did not.

I’m still riding off of nostalgia and how unexpectedly good Rocky Balboa, 2008's Rambo, and Creed ended up being. As an actor, he showed enough and was absolutely pivotal to my developmental years that, yes, I still respect him as an actor.

However pending legal issues, the deal with Crews,

There’s also room for civil disagreement, so it’s all good!

With Gibson, that’s something that happened years ago and he seems to have at least tried to make amends and to have turned his life around long after the legal matters have been settled. So I can see that as Stallone and others having viewed Gibson as having taken responsibility for that and tried to be a better

I think that is very much a result of our changing culture. For instance, recognize this quote?

Republicans are sub-human and that’s all there is to it.

Have you tried taking shots before each viewing?

It took me a minute to get that...

I’m an independent/moderate voter, however I can sympathize with Painter’s stance to an extent. His belief system is presumably in line with conservative values. Trump getting elected (despite the GOP seemingly doing everything to prevent his nomination) doesn’t change that. Even if you believe the party’s gone astray

Killing skeletons or looking for treasure loses its thrill after a while, but goofing around with your friends by getting wasted on in-game grog, sneaking onto enemy ships to steal their treasure, and launching crew members out of cannons is consistently entertaining.

While I think a grown up Daria could be VERY relevant in this day and age, I have to admit that we already have “Asian Daria.”

FWIW, I’m imagining Daria being grown up and as a sort of Gen-X’er evolved by virtue of living through the 90's and that voyage to adulthood. As somebody who was a high schooler and undergrad

I think it’s completely inaccurate. Daria cared. She cared all the time, just not about her suburban popularity games like the fashion club did. I actually think every generation (with few exceptions) cares about stuff the same amount.

I think it could work because of that. What happened to those cynical teens of the 90's (of which I was one)? That Daria doesn’t exist today because she had to grow up. And if you had friends who were Gen-X’ers, if they’re still around they are likely very different than they were 20 or so years ago. Just like

ROCKY IV, easily the goofiest, silliest cartoon entry in the franchise’s history.

Agreed. Although, to be fair, I thought everybody loved that scene!

I’ve never actually seen Rocky V aside from the street fight end (man, that was cheesy). But that scene’s from the amazing and fairly critically acclaimed Rocky Balboa.

Oh, wait...unless we’re calling THAT Rocky V and pretending the one called Rocky V never happened.

I liked Jessica Jones a LOT better, mainly because of how the second half of Luke Cage got...kind of weird. But I like the character and the promise of better things to come. I also like Mike Colter. It’s just the season was a bit uneven, Mahershala Ali really started to nail things, then they went the

I’d like to have think that had I been there I would have been the fourth.
