I'm strangely disappointed that all we have from Bryan is a head shot. I cannot form a valid attractiveness opinion without a better suggestion of build.

@countjackula: Omigahh, that's perfect. You're so right.

Is this like dorm housing (1-2 rooms, communal bathroom, cafeteria-style dining) or apartment housing (discrete living, bathing, cooking facilities)? I can possibly see 10k dorm-style, but who the hell wants to live like that after you graduate?

@dibs ODDJOB: Work smarter, not harder. This. Granted, this motto usually leads me to hours of searching for esoteric functionality that would resolve a minor annoyance. So, my employer may not appreciate this sort of work ethic, but my patience certainly does!

@Link2187: I got that in 5th or 6th grade I think... For navigating the library system mostly.

@geolemon: Everyone knows computers are magic.

@ScaryMerry: I get so pissed about having to do that when I switch between laptops. My freebie one doesn't seem to have scrolling functionality on the track pad, so I have to manually manipulate the scroll bar (assuming I want more control than the keyboard gives me).

@casperiv: See, that's not fair. How many advanced users actually have more than 3 buttons on their mouses? Most out-of-the-box computers come with basic mouses. Your place of employment usually gives out the $5 cheapo ones, still with 3 buttons. (I guess 4 if you count actually scrolling as another, even if you don't

@ep3232: I think the idea of germs gets at that point for me. You just go around the world, never knowing anything about viruses or even bacteria really. Then one day someone makes a discovery and your world is now filled with invisible things, surrounding you, in you, inescapable.

@MayorBloomberg: We're not assessing their defense, we're assessing the premise of the case.

@MayorBloomberg: it assumes the genericness of "apps." Apple could argue that, in fact, the term "apps" only became generic when they started using it to refer to items in their app store.

@Emperor_was_a_jerk: I don't think anyone (who matters in this discussion) wants to use the same name. That would be bad marketing. Apple has already "called" it and now they want to trademark it.

@Emperor_was_a_jerk: I completely disagree with that. If you said you bought something from the app store, I'd inquire as to what kind of phone you had. "The App store" is a description to me, whereas "the Android Market" or "Microsoft's Marketplace" are clearly names.

@Vexorg: My swag shirts remain in the "Keeper" category.

@ep3232: It's all just taking stuff for granted. If we stopped to think about almost any of the technology that we use, it's usually good for a 30-second mind fuck.

@hostile-17: Obviously you are to assume that every article ever is about the United States until told otherwise...

@BohnerAlert: I wish I could say I recognize all of them... but H, I, J, N, O, R, T, V, X, and Z aren't registering for me.

@pmbaustin: But pmbaustin, U is used much more outside of its pairing with Q.
