I think what you are maybe overlooking here is sheer performance. Across the board with a high end PC you’ll be blowing any current gen console out of the water. I have a XB1X, PS4 Pro, and PC hooked up to the same TV and I’ll get much better performance out of the PC. 4K/HDR/60fps on a 65' OLED is a thing of beauty.

Thumper on PSVR stoned is an amazing experience...I would say it is the best way to play it. It is good to be scared. :)

Wow, that’s incredible. The price difference is actually fairly small when you factor in the warranty. Around here, everyone and their dog upsells extended warranties for two or three years of coverage. I’ve spent a lot of money on extended warranties that I never needed and not bought extended warranties for things

Wow! Thanks for all the info. So, the companies still offer 6-month warranties, but they are completely nullified by the EU’s consumer protection 2-year warranty?

Yeah, I bet they are deep in production at this point.  It will be interesting to watch. :)

We never went through with the repair, once we got to the price we walked.

Oh, I know...I’ll go the repair kit route if I don’t get satisfaction from Nintendo. I’m just a little disappointed; once I have to start ordering repair kits, then it means my new-ish controller is actually broken. :)

Oh really?! Wow, that’s nice!

We just got off the phone last weekend with Nintendo Canada support for this issue. We have a left Joy-Con with bad drift (yeah, yeah...we’ve tried all the home remedies).

I thought that too, but it isn’t standard packing cardboard and lasts a very long time.

Would you like us to report bot-users? If so, where would be the most effective place to report them.

The layout of the Elite is similar to the standard controller, but there are huge differences in feel and customization, I’ve never used a better controller in my life. The feeling of the analog sticks is worth the price of admission alone, but of course the back triggers are the real attraction.

I regularly use Dance Central Spotlight (and 3) with my kid to exercise. 16 songs in a row on Pro and I’m worn out while having so much fun. Pity the Xbox One version was abandoned full of bugs.

This should also work with Google Home. I have a Harmony Hub (with remote) and it is great with my Home-Mini.

I’m currently replaying the first game and it actually holds up fairly well on its own on PC. With the 64-bit version and some .ini tweaks, you can make it look pretty good without any mods.

The 5 didn’t get iOS 11 either...so 12 wouldn’t be in card. The 5S is the first phone with 64-bit chip.

I don’t think permanent burn-in is a problem anymore. My PC is hooked up to my LG OLED E6 and I leave my screen on the same stuff for hours without any issues. Even the temporary image retention is gone almost immediately. Really, the only thing to worry about at this point is longevity, but if you change your TV

Nice! Is it doing the character shadow directions based on the shadow directions in the real-world or is it just a coincidence in the video?

Sweet! Thanks for the tip, I’ll definitely give that a shot.
