I ain't gonna look...it is my original machine and it served me so very well, I'll pretend it is the best of everything. It hasn't been on in months and it hasn't been taken apart in over 3 years...it's fine, it's a Sega.

Wow...I never imagined that there was a difference in output in the different North American models. I'm afraid to look. (and lazy...taking apart a 32x, Genesis and Sega CD is like half an afternoon).

Unfinished stories, especially interesting ones, suck. XIII also has a place up there with Shenmue, though Shenmue is definitely the king.

Yeah, I haven't run in to any problems with the Steam client. On my old 46" TV the chat font was too small to be comfortable, but with the new 55" it has been fine (also on the 55" I've been able to leave the Window default display fonts at "Smaller - 100% (default) which I was also unable to do before). Mileage

I use a full keyboard on my lap and the right armrest on my couch (which is puffy and more than wide enough for a nice mouse pad). Though, generally I use a G13 on one thigh and the mouse. Works a treat for me and I been doing it since my first HDTV.

Ok...don't know why that is really necessary, but more support for TVs can't be a bad thing. I play on a 55" TV with my PC and I haven't run in to any issues that I'd need Steam to work out though. I have a 360 controller hooked up as well as a mouse/keyboard/G13...so I am all set for controls as well and they work

Excellent. Thanks for the heads-up Kate. Just got Hawk2 for $1 (well, $1.13 where I live). They offer Paypal payments too which is wonderful. Whole thing took 5 minutes, but I already had a user account with Ubi. Just had to download the software, recover my password (which I hadn't used in a LONG time), and

Locked doesn't necessarily mean "locked forver". Alice: Madness Returns shipped on PC locked at 30fps. It was a minor edit in the config to unlock it. I would imagine that this would be likely for Dark Souls. PC gamers are pretty crafty...I'm sure someone will figure out how to fix it up. I too like having 60fps,

Yeah, the 2600 was my first console, but my heart will always be with the C64. Bard's Tale and Ultima (3) really blew me away...and Archon...so much Archon. It was a glorious time for experimental games. (though it is more glorious now-a-days). The Amiga was amazing as well...so much cool stuff and sound that was

?? It is a PC game. It runs fine still and I can run all kinda of GPU settings to spruce it up and mods to improve it somewhat, but it needs some TLC and as a game could still easily compete with modern games if re-released/remade. It is almost 13 years old...it would be nice to see it in a new engine and with some

Agreed! I love the whole album and will be buying the previous album with my next Amazon order.

WOW! I've walked those corridors some many times and I am amazed how faithful a job that is. Great job Mark! SS2 is my all-time favourite game. Funny, I always turned off the music. :)

Ooo...that would have been nice.

I got the hanafuda cards as well...but I kinda wish I'd waited for the matching nunchuk.

Yes, I think any re-release just has to be pretty much the exact game in another engine to work. SS2 was so perfect as is that I think to tinker with it at all would likely ruin what it was. (other than maybe a better controller settings)

Yeah, I am running a water mod that certainly helps...but it isn't the glorious water that I see in other games.

Oh...hmmm...well you think they'd part with the rights for something reasonable. Not like they are making anything off it now. Someone should Kickstart it and try to buy the rights at least with a Kickstarter fund.

Agreed! It still works very well actually and there is some fan based mods to help with the visuals and such. Getting a copy is usually that hardest part.

Well, I have not played the new Syndicate yet, but I look forward to it actually. I know it was not what Syndicate fans wanted, but I will give even a neutered Starbreeze team a chance. However, I believe that most of the ball is in EA`s court for the rights and a re-release. I think actually that Starbreeze would

Yeah, I have no real idea who would have to do what to make it happen, but they really should get their stuff together and secure the rights. I know that Mr. Levine posted on Twitter that it was not his call about a re-release, so someone should be able to firm it up somehow. Though, it would be nice to know what is
