My home brew is a blend of the Sigri Estate and the Yirgacheffe from The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. One day I pop in the local store to find they had run out of the Yirgacheffe, so I headed over to Starbucks and grabbed a pound of their Yirgacheffe instead.
