I have an escape hybrid and can confirm the engine runs 99% of the time in winter.  That said the 330 volt 77 horsepower starter will just force the engine to start when it doesn’t want to. 

yes I rushe to judge on that one.  On the bright side, He’s alive for us to crack jokes about it.

Testify! the last fountain I had to deal with had the sodasauce piped about 40'through the ceiling to a rack of bibs in a back room.  To my knowledge they’ve never been cleaned.
