It’s here. Program is called BMW INDIVIDUAL. For more detail, you can call a dealer. I don’t think you can INDIVIDUAL for non-M 2,3,4,5 series but all other models (sedans, coupes, wagons).

Going to literally any other BMW that does BMW INDIVIDUAL will be cheaper and likely end up being the same price as MSRP.
