Congrats Kat!

Let the markets open tomorrow.

Wow, that's actually a really good idea.

My girlfriend is addicted to her phone and it drives me nuts. If this restaurant were to open in the bay area, as long as the food is even semi-bearable, I would patronize it as our date restaurant.

Makes sense. Thanks.

Avoid Rape. Say Yes.

How is 'firing a camera into the air so it can give you a few seconds of video before crashing' a smart idea?

Myspace failed because Myspace made some terrible decisions: from interface choices (making for custom hard to read text and layouts) to music autoplay, inability to lock down info by networks such as your college, etc. Myspace did not fail because Facebook came around.

Sell your old one on eBay to subsidize this purchase.

Nope, myriad can be used with of, because while myriad is an adjective (what you are suggesting), it is also a noun. Link:

I think you all are over-stating the importance of this given that it is coming from Microsoft Research and not a product development group.

Kinect.

I'm actually really glad that Christopher Nolan hates 3D just as much as we do. He doesn't try to make Inception and Dark Knight with silly 3D effects, and instead focuses on the actual content. More directors need to do that.
