I’m confused by what happens if a black girl brought a white guy to the show, or any guy for that matter. If they were up front do they have to go back? How long does the people-moving take? Is there enforcement? Are Asian people considered non-white in this context?

Yeah, it just seems like a way to make a lot of people in the audience pretty uncomfortable. But that is her right.
